Ms Shipley received her BA in Elementary Education from City University in Washington State and her Masters in Education and Reading Instruction from Northern Arizona University in 2009. Ms Shipley moved to Payson from Vancouver, WA in 2005 with her two daughters who are now out on their own. She has three granddaughters who completely light up her life.
She began her career as a first grade teacher, "moved up" to second grade and now is one of the Reading Specialists at PES. She loves teaching, spending time with the kids, and finding new ways to help them grow and learn.
